Family Adopts Blind Puppy....and His Own Seeing Eye Dog

Meet Booker and Tiberius, 2 Australian Shepherd puppies from the same litter.

When one family ventured out into the country to adopt a dog, they weren’t expecting any problems. The farmer selling the puppies had two healthy, registered Australian Shepherds that mated. So when they took their little blue merle puppy home, they were shocked to find out he was blind. He knew his old home so well that he moved around as if he could see. So, they went back to the farmer, but not to return their puppy. They decided to also adopt his remaining brother. They wanted their blind puppy to always have a companion… and his own seeing eye dog. This is the short story of Booker and Tiberius… and it’s so frekain’ adorable.

So they went back for Tiberius, his brother.

They wanted Booker to always have a friend by his side – and who better than his best friend and brother? The two puppies have had a blast adjusting to their new home together.

Even though having fun is really tiresome, they seem to love it. And every day, Tiberius acts as Booker’s seeing-eye dog. As they grow up together, Booker will learn to follow him through new situations.

We are so happy the generous family decided to adopt them together.

The Mac, the iPod, heck, even Buzz Lightyear probably wouldn't have existed had Steve Jobs stayed in school. The future wizard of One Infinite Loop dropped out of Reed College after just six months because of the undue financial strain it placed on his working-class parents' savings. He would go on to eventually found Apple, NeXT Computer and Pixar, becoming an instrumental force in shaping the landscape of modern culture. However, his brief tenure in academia was not for naught. In a 2005 commencement speech he gave at Stanford University, Jobs credited a calligraphy class he took at Reed College with forming the basis for the typography used in the first Macintosh compute

There aren't enough tears in the world to represent what this dying father just did for his daughters. ♥

He was only 62 years-old, but Fred knew terminal metastatic melanoma would win.

Cancer tears loving families apart, but even though he was losing his own battle to cancer, Fred Evans refused to let it steal one thing he has always wanted to do. Fred and his wife Karla have three daughters and a son. Two of the daughters weren’t married, but Fred did not want to miss out on walking them down the aisle. So, he pulled together this heartwarming and tear-jerking surprise
